Negotiations
Working with or apart from our clients' legal representatives, Team Westbridge can conduct all negotiations with landlords, tenants and their brokers. Through strategic negotiating tactics and knowledge of the market, we use leverage, financial analysis, persistence and creativity to negotiate the best results for our clients. We offer clients valuable anonymity, often enabling better positioning and leverage. By pooling our resources, we provide the same high level of service and negotiating leverage to our clients with small requirements as we do for our clients with the largest transactions.
Renewals/Expansions
A large percentage of our business involves lease renewals, expansions and relocations of existing tenants within a project to facilitate both parties longer term space needs. We have particular expertise in structuring lease renewals & relocations that result in the most flexible occupancy & stacking scenarios.
Lease Document Analysis
Our extensive knowledge of lease and purchase documents enables us to make important recommendations to our clients prior to any necessary legal review.
